An AI agent that answers customers from your own pages
On your website, in your inbox, and in your site search. Every answer names the page it came from, and when the answer is not on a page, it says so instead of guessing.
A live agent, answering from this site's own pages.
One agent, answering on the website, in the inbox, and in site search
Shelly reads your pages once and answers from them in three places: a chat panel on your site, a reply drafted for your approval, and a search box that finds the page and can answer above the results.
Three channels, one knowledge base
Whole websites read daily or weekly, single pages, and pasted text, held once per business and used by every channel.
Website bot
- One script tag, and the widget draws itself inside a shadow root, so your site's styles and the widget never touch each other.
- Every answer names the page it came from, and the link opens it.
- A list of the sites allowed to load it, a preview link before it goes live, and a conversation that survives a page change.
Email agent
- Each agent has its own address on agent.shellygpt.com. Give it out directly or forward your shared mailbox to it.
- Every reply waits on the Drafts page until a person approves it. Auto-send is a switch per agent, off until you turn it on.
- A BCC list, allowed senders by address or domain, automated-mail and loop detection, hourly caps, and an SPF check before anything auto-sends.
Website search
- Vector and keyword search together, so "where do I leave my car" finds the parking page and "Tricare" finds the exact word.
- A short AI answer above the results, on a switch, written only from the pages it found.
- Recent searches and searches that found nothing, listed for the owner, which is the list of pages a site is missing.
How an answer is built
- 01A visitor asksThe question arrives through the widget, the inbox, or the search box. This one came in on a clinic's insurance page.
- 02The right passages are foundVector and keyword search run over the pages together, so a question in plain words still finds the passage that uses the formal one.
- 03The source is pinnedThe passage that carries the answer is marked, and the page it sits on is the page the visitor will be linked to.
- 04The answer is written, with its pageThe model writes only from what was found. When nothing fits, it says it does not have that and offers a follow-up from your team.

Yes, at both offices. Tricare asks for a referral from your primary care doctor before the first visit, so bring it along with your insurance card.

Insurance we accept
We are in network with most major medical plans at both of our offices, and the front desk verifies coverage before every first visit.
We accept Tricare at both offices. Tricare requires a referral from your primary care doctor before your first visit, so please bring the referral and your insurance card with you.
If your plan is not listed here, call the front desk before you book and we will check your coverage the same day.
Where the answers come from, and where your data stays
The seven facts a reviewer asks about first, as the product is built today. The data page carries the rest: what is stored, where, and who can see it.
- Every answer cites its page.
- The chat panel, the email draft, and the search answer all link the page the answer came from.
- Answers come only from your own pages and text.
- When they do not hold the answer, the agent says it does not have that and offers a follow-up from your team. It never guesses.
- Each business's data is isolated by organization.
- Every tenant table carries the organization id and Postgres row-level security is enforced on it, so a query cannot reach another business's rows.
- Your content is not used to train models.
- Pages are stored so the agent can look them up when someone asks. The model sees them for the length of one request and nothing is trained on them.
- Email replies are drafted for a person to approve.
- Auto-send is a switch per agent. Until you turn it on, every reply waits on the Drafts page.
- Auto-send checks the sender before it sends.
- A reply goes out without review only when the sender's domain passed SPF; a failed check holds the draft for a person.
- The widget runs in a shadow root on any site.
- Only the sites you list can load it, and it stays invisible to the public until you take it live.
